Have You Begun Spring Cleaning Yet? Vicki Irvin

Just kidding! I am not ready for pictures yet! LOL. Jim used to be a pro body builder and he has GUARANTEED that I can get the cuts and muscles I am looking for in about 6 weeks. Right now I am on week number one and have been at the gym every day at 7:00am. HE IS KILLING ME! This is a huge challenge for me because I am really pushing myself. But life is all about challenges and aspiring to new things so I am getting through it. I am also on a strict meal plan. It’s not a diet, I am just eating clean and like a body builder. Here is my meal plan because I know someone is going to ask:
1.Breakfast- Oatmeal and 4 egg whites
2.Protein Shake
3.Chicken breast, sweet potato and broccoli
4.Chicken breast, sweet potato and broccoli
5.Chicken breast sweet potato and broccoli
EVERY DAY ALL DAY! I eat every 3 hours and drink nothing but water. I am only looking for a little muscle definition, so I will let you know how I progress.
People often ask me why I even work out. They always says that I don’t need to. I always have to explain to people that if I am not satisfied with how I look, I have to do something about it. We all have personal goals and what makes us happy, so anything you do in life should be to your satisfaction. I personally am what I call a “Fat skinny girl.” If I do not work out, I cannot wear shorts because I have cellulite for days! Why am I telling you this? LOL.
So when I am unhappy about that, I have to put in the work. The same concept applies to your profession or financial situation. If you are not happy about it, you have to do something to change it because nobody is going to do it for you! If you are in a relationship that is abusive, you have to leave. If you have friends who are unsupportive and kill your dreams, find new friends. If you sit next to a negative co-worker at work, move your seat!
It’s spring time and it is high time to do some spring cleaning! Go hit the gym, get your finances in order and clear people doing you harm out of your life.
Let me know how that spring cleaning works for you, it is one of the best things you can do for yourself! Keep your head up!

hi Vicki i havebeen to your seminars and iam very interestd inreal estate investing. But i been out of work since Oct,26,2006. I stay in the hospital for 28 day. I couldnot walk now ican go up& down stair I have enogh sometimeiam out of my medicatoin for days i just pray GOD please hepl every day.Iam trying to get the money up so i can start real estate.said a pary for me.

I was married 6 years ago and relied solely on my husband’s great income and became a work at home mom with my own daycare business which doesn’t really bring in enough to live on. I just found out that for years’ my husband has been involved with a female who I thought was my friend. Now I am starting to see that I need to stop relying on someone and make it myself. With a 7 yr old, 5 yr old, and 6 month old I want to provide so much for them and have always been interested in real estate investing. I will be attending your class soon and can’t wait to change my life for the better.

According to my goal sheet I was to have invested in real estate about 3 years a go, had 3 single family homes, and a multi-level apartment building. What happened? Fear. I need your program, I want your program, to get myself started.
I, too, bought the Carlton Sheets Program mentioned at your seminar, and it’s collecting dust in a closet. I’ve read and continue to read books on the subject. What’s holding me back now? Money, to join boot camp. It’s another story among many, so I won’t go into detail. Just know, I continue to pray and God continues to bless.

I know good thing to do is to detox. You can fix 1oz fresh squeezed lemon, 1oz Syrup grade B (health food store), cayanne pepper to taste (the more you can tolerate the better it is) 8oz water at least 7 days if you can do it that longer. It is suppose to be 10-21 days. The truth of the matter is I can not. I want to go to the gym and work out. I want to get into weight training also. Unforunately, I can not afford it yet. It is coming soon. Be blessed and go for it. Where is your fruit in your diet. You should at least eat an apple or put it in your protein drink. It is fiber.
